Laura combines her extensive background as a Psychiatric Nurse working within the NHS, with her experience teaching Chinese medicinal practices to offer Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy sessions that work with your body to create more effective and efficient results from your sessions.

Relaxing session structure:

  1. Arrive and get acquainted


  2. Receive gentle coaching about the power of the subconscious mind, and understand why you’re feeling as you do, and what we can do to help. It’s amazing how often breakthroughs occur, just by knowing what’s happening in your brain. Prepare for some ‘Aha’ moments!


  3. Using solution-focused, positive questioning we will identify your next steps to becoming the very best version of yourself. Don’t worry, you’ll be fully supported, all the way.

  4. Get comfortable, relax, and let your brain do the work for you in the second half of the session, as you’re led into a beautifully relaxing hypnosis, leaving you feeling calm, positive and excited for your new, future self!

  5. Take home a guided hypnosis recording to listen to in your own time to support the work we do together in our sessions and reinforce positive change with each listen.
